How we can work together

Four questions before handing over a leadership mandate

Use these to make the responsibility concrete, whether you bring in an interim leader or resolve the gap internally.

How I would approach the assignment

01

Understand the working reality

I review priorities, existing commitments, service needs and unresolved decisions with the team and its stakeholders. We agree the mandate, decision rights and boundaries of the responsibility.

02

Establish a workable direction

I make competing demands and dependencies visible, agree what comes first and what waits, and establish a rhythm for decisions and follow-up with the people doing the work.

03

Leave ownership ready to continue

I keep important decisions, responsibilities and remaining risks clear. We review the assignment at agreed points and prepare a practical handover to the continuing owners.

What you can engage me for

Explore your leadership need

Tell me which responsibility needs covering and your timeframe. We can explore the mandate, where my experience fits and whether a next step would be useful.

An exploration, at your pace.

You decide what to share and whether to continue. A no, a pause or stopping here are all welcome outcomes. Any follow-up is by agreement.

Email me about a possible fit

Paid work starts only after we agree the scope and terms. If we work together, review points and arrangements for ending and handing over the engagement are agreed from the start.
