Continuity
Which activity must keep working? What depends on it, what is the fallback and who can authorise that choice?
Microsoft 365 transformation, migration & adoption
I help IT and digital leaders manage Microsoft 365 migrations and platform changes while the business keeps working. With your specialists, I connect the technical plan with users’ daily tasks, support and clear ownership after handover.

Ask a business owner and representative users to describe one real task after go-live. Use these four lenses to find decisions the cutover checklist may not answer.
Which activity must keep working? What depends on it, what is the fallback and who can authorise that choice?
Who owns the service, its content and unresolved decisions once the project team moves on?
Can people complete the task in their actual working context? Include roles and locations that differ from the project team.
Where does someone go if the task breaks down? Does the receiving team have the context and responsibility to help?
Ways to work together
At the LEGO Group, I led the product and platform work in a Microsoft 365 transformation. The example shows my responsibility for priorities across teams and for connecting the technical migration with users’ daily work. It is experience from my role at LEGO, not a DueBau client engagement.
How we work
Preparation, migration and adoption belong together. Operations and the people who will use the solution are part of the plan.
Select a stage to explore the work.
I work with business owners and specialists to connect critical activities, solution dependencies, delivery capacity and the intended way of working after the change.
Discuss your taskEmbedding the new way of working
The same attention to people, data and ownership matters when AI becomes part of everyday work. I help turn new possibilities into workflows, capabilities and a considered handover.

Let’s begin with your reality
Tell me what needs to move, when and what the business relies on. We will clarify which decisions are still needed and where I can help with priorities, adoption or handover.
